2010 Resolutions Coming Up!

Student:  Man, that’s a lot of promises!!
Coach:  That’s the year, Grasshopper.  Try this instead:

Select 1-3 primary personal or professional changes to work on for 3 months.

Write down your desired outcomes for each goal.  Be Specific.  Use details.

List the daily steps you are willing to do to achieve your desired goals.

Get your props ready (reminders, motivators, supports, rewards).

Find what you need,
to help you succeed.

Do your daily steps until your new habits start to feel good, and some positive results become motivators, and then, their own rewards.
